Music BA
Music - 30 to 39 Credits (Core - 21 Credits and Selected Concentration - 9 to 18)
This program will allow students to gain knowledge and be proficient in music theory and music history. Ensemble and applied lessons will allow students to become proficient on their instrument or voice and gain a knowledge of music literature. Students choose between the General Music Concentration or the Vocal Performance Concentration. Possible career paths could be music performance, music business, private music instructor, musicologist, and music therapist. The degree will also prepare students to pursue a graduate degree in music.
