Consistent with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and Part 84 of 45 C.F.R., the University does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission or access to or employment in its programs and activities. Any member of the William Woods University community has the right to raise concerns or make a complaint regarding discrimination under this policy without fear of retaliation.
