This course examines contemporary theories, frameworks, and challenges in business administration at the doctoral level. Students critically analyze current scholarship across functional areas while developing the analytical skills to evaluate and build on existing research. Emphasis is placed on identifying gaps in the literature and connecting theoretical perspectives to organizational practice.
