LDR 760 Interpersonal Dynamics
Students will explore the nuanced aspects of interpersonal relationships that influence and drive effective leadership. Throughout this course, students will examine key concepts and theories related to emotional intelligence, communication styles and conflict resolution. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the psychological foundations of interpersonal behavior and the impact of individual differences on leadership effectiveness.
