EDU 704 Accommodations, Modifications, and Differentiation

Education is for all individuals.  For many decades, federal and state law has determined that all individuals are entitled to a free and appropriate public education.  Teachers must navigate the varying degree of students’ interests, abilities, learning styles, and intelligences.  This course examines the legal timeline and curriculum considerations encompassing ‘a free and appropriate public education for all’ from 1970 to the present day.
