Help Desk
The Help Desk is located in the University Information Technologies building on the corner of Ewing and 14th Streets. Staff is available to answer telephone and computer questions Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Help Desk can be contacted by phone at 573-592-4224, email helpdesk@williamwoods.edu, or walk in for immediate service. After business hours, a ticket is automatically created after a voicemail is left.
