CMJ 395 Organizational Behavior and Management in Law Enforcement

CMJ 390 Organizational Behavior and Management in Law Enforcement: Problems and issues confronting contemporary law enforcement leaders are addressed in this course, including the development of effective strategies of leading CJ organizations. Concepts and theories of organizational behavior are used as the means for understanding and responding to the complexity of the criminal justice system and interactions between team members and managers.
