BIO 105 Introduction to Biological Principles -N

This course introduces students to the foundational biological concepts. Students will explore the chemical foundations of life, cell structure and function, photosynthesis and cellular respiration, genetics, evolution, and the diversity of life, including bacteria and archaea, fungi, protists, plants and animals. This course fulfills the Natural Science General Education Objectives. Students will understand that scientific knowledge is developed through a continual process based on the interpretation and communication of quantifiable information.
