Ethical Leadership PHD

Minimum 54 Credits

The Ph.D. in Ethical Leadership focuses on critical areas of leadership studies and organizational change through an approach that combines theory and practice. Students will develop the ability to critically assess fundamental differences in leadership approaches to create new knowledge in the discipline and solve real-world problems.

*Students are required to attend an annual resident seminar at the University’s main campus location each summer while enrolled in the program. The resident seminars are held during the summer and are three days in length.

**Students must remain continuously enrolled in DIS791 until program requirements are complete.
